Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you begin.

Can debt review be removed immediately?

No. The available route depends on the legal stage of your case. Where a debt-rearrangement order exists, exit generally requires compliance with section 71 of the National Credit Act and a clearance certificate issued by a debt counsellor after the statutory requirements are met.

What if a court order already exists?

A voluntary withdrawal is not available after a debt-rearrangement order. Your status and settlement position must be assessed to determine whether the clearance requirements have been met.

Do you guarantee removal?

No reputable provider can guarantee an outcome before reviewing the facts. We provide assessment, administrative support and process coordination, subject to the applicable legal requirements.

How long does the process take?

Timing varies according to your status, document availability, creditor responses, the registered debt counsellor, any required legal process and credit bureau updates.
